1. Physics Today. Though no one has asked him, he does understand graduate level physics, only the Goa'uld term it Magic 101.
2. Physics Review Letters. He's a member of the American Physical Society in good standing. Actually, he's building his own orbital telescopes and wanted to know about the solutions for the mirrors' warping in zero gravity along with the mechanics of the composite materials used for actuator dampening.
3. The Journal of Accountancy. With the Free Jaffa Nation off to a bad start, he is concerned about waste, fraud, and abuse. So he has instituted the JICPA--Jaffa Institute of Certifed Public Accountants--- to perform audits and root out misconduct in financial statements affecting the new Treasury and its activities. Typically, there is only one solution... at the barrel end of a staff weapon.
4. GateWorld News. He knows that the editor is secretly a Tok'ra with his pulse on the galaxy. It's news reporting at it's finest and most timely. Besides, he likes Livi's science column. www.gateworld.net
5. Variety. If his gig as leader of the Free Jaffa doesn't work out, there's always show biz.

If you like a strong smart Teal'c, may I suggest my on-going fic "You Don't Know Jack!" It was a plot bunny suggesting that in Fragile Balance there was no clone. Jack became his fifteen year old self. All hell breaks loose. Teal'c takes center stage to resolve the situation with a surprising character study of Teal'c. I'm nearing completion.

Thanks for giving me feedback. I really appreciate it. Go Teal'c!
