The idea came from the season 3/4 illustrated companion where RDA talked about where he would have liked that storyline to go. You gotta love the loose threads on this show!

#3 utterly cracks me up, #4 is a total "Whoa!", and #5... eep! It's probably just as well that Jack didn't see that one. Anyway, Daniel will tell him in person, eventually. :-)
