Jack had bough the first round in fond memory of Ra's death (it had been that kind of mission); and even at the rate of only one round per dead system-lord (which, really, meant Apophis only got one round), Daniel passed his safe limit a few dead Goa'ulds before the finish-line.
Yep, Daniel had gotten seriously sloshed that night. What Jack would never reveal to another living soul (and he'd even sworn both Teal'c and Carter to secrecy) was that Daniel had gotten up on stage and done spectacularly bad karaoke-covers of Stairway to heaven and Back for good.
He'll admit to singing Danny boy himself; in a way he's pretty convinced would have cleared the bar if the mike had actually worked. He'll even admit to the four of them doing We are the champions - all together.
But he'll never tell anyone how he knows Daniel's got a good voice.
2: There was that time, not long after SG-1 was formed, when Carter drank some local concoction that made her both drunk and high. She stripped for her team members, and Jack can still get a smile on his face thinking about the hilarious sight of Carter struggling to get her clothes off, Daniel trying to restrain her, and Teal'c trying to put her clothes back on. They'd ended up on the ground in a pile, like free-style Twister, Carter down to her bra and panties, and thankfully content to leave those on.
Jack will never tell. He'll allude to it, drop hints and tease about it - but he won't ever tell. Daniel, on the other hand, might find a diplomatic way of telling the story, if somebody asks him.
3: Jack's attorney has a very strange 'last will and testament' in his safe, which Daniel is the only one to know about. It's a will without names, but with numbers in stead, along with a prioritized list of names to replace the numbers when the time comes.
It's strange, but Daniel understood. In their line of work, naming ones teammates as beneficiaries isn't always the safest way of doing things.
If the list is ever needed, Daniel might tell how it came into existance, in a notebook on the planet where Jack had been dying of old age.
It's been revised twice; for a year, Daniel wasn't at the top of the list, but Jack is going to do his very best to make sure it'll never be revised again. He doesn't know he can handle losing any more of his kids.
4: The first time was remarkably undramatic and totally angst-free. Probably because they were both pretty drunk. One minute Daniel had been laughing over Jack's derisive - and, if he did say so himself - funny commentary to the hockey they were watching. The next he'd leaned in and given Jack a wet, sloppy and beer-flavored kiss.
Regulations being what they are, Jack isn't supposed to tell what's going on n his house at night - and while he works for the Air Force, neither will Daniel. But Jack is kinda looking forward to the day when Daniel will tell.

The whisper of moving sand and the flutter of robes alerted him, but the slightly troubled breathing also told him there was no danger.
"Jackson," he acknowledged as the kid sat down next to him.
"I'm getting a little tired of 'Jackson' to tell the truth," Daniel said a little peevishly.
Jack's eyes narrowed. "Then it's a good thing we're going home tomorrow, huh?"
"No, not... it's not... I just... I'm used to being 'Daniel', you know?"
"Yeah," Jack said, more defensively than he'd intended. "Well, work for the military long enough, you'll get used to it."
"Are you used to it?"
Jack didn't answer, and eventually, Daniel spoke again.
"So... what are you going to do when you get home?"
Jack knew what he was being asked, and the truth was he wasn't sure.
"It's not going to hurt anyone, if that's what you're asking." And what do you know, Jack thought; maybe he did know, after all.
"Yes, it will," Daniel disagreed quietly. "It'll hurt people you know; people who admire you."
Jack snorted in disbelief.
"What? Admire a fuck-up who leaves his loaded gun in reach of his son?"
Daniel took a while to think about that, which Jack though was only appropriate.
"Admire the kind of man you've been, Jack. The kind of man you can be again."
Jack shook his head. "I'm done. I'm done with black ops; done with the Air Force. If Sara'll still talk to me when I get back... I'll be lucky."
Jack picked up a fistful of sand and let it slip through his fingers slowly - the metaphor in not way escaping him. "No matter what I do, Charlie's still... still dead."
"I know," Daniel said just as quietly. "I'm sorry. But... you're not. And trust me on this; much though you wanted it to have been you in stead, Charlie wouldn't have wanted that."
They'd talked the rest of that night away, and it had taken years before Jack had told Daniel just how he'd convinced Jack to go back to Earth and live again - and how much he'd needed that when Sara had left him.
Jack will never, ever tell another soul about this. But then again... Daniel probably won't either.

I love #4, of course, but #5 is just all sorts of good Jack and Daniel. There's not enough fic with Jack talking about Charlie, and his own guilt. Well done. :)
