Five planets that the SGC wish they had never sent a team to

Responses will be screened until September 28 to see what people come up with independently. You can still respond to the prompt after the September 28 unveiling.
General info and a place to ask questions: the comm 'welcome' post.
Technical-support questions: tech help.
Suggestions: the suggestion box.
To supply a new prompt: the open call for prompts.
Subject-line spoiler warnings for late-season SGA eps and the SG-1 movies, thanks!
September 28 is the official due date. If you're posting a response after the unveiling announcement on September 28, please copy the link to your comment, click on the 'set 80' tag, and reply to the post 'Set 80 Responses Unscreened' with the link to your new comment-response. That helps people find and read and comment on responses that weren't there when they cruised through right after the reveal. Pimp the link in your journal, too, if you want to let your flist know you've posted something new.

Jack did want to confirm, however, so he privately asked Carter about it. Which actually ended up as him stammering something that may have been related to the words “sex” and “Teal’c”. To which Carter replied, among other carefully worded and non-offended or offensive sounding things, that the bickering that Daniel and Jack were engaging in on a daily basis as a poor attempt at dealing with their mutual feelings for each other gave her headaches and she really liked Teal’c’s calming presence and she really, really could not, at this time, imagine having sex with Jack.
Sam was more observant about his feelings than he’d always hoped she’d be, and for a moment, it scared him very badly. Years of repression don’t just vanish overnight, even if, over that night, you have been turned into a non-military affiliated robot.
But then Jack then thought “to hell with it all” and went to go find, and hopefully fuck, the man he loved.
**********
But it didn’t go well.
Jack hadn’t counted on Daniel needing finesse, although he thought in retrospect that he probably should have assumed. Daniel ended up storming out, offended, and Jack’s inability to talk about his feelings meant things didn’t get any better.
Carter and Teal’c moved into a room on an edge of the complex that was more private and comfortable: a bedroom, for lack of a better term.
Jack discovered that Harlan’s annoyance was apparently still limitless, and he wondered if after thousands of years he’d get like that, too.
**********
Jack unburied the gate approximately eight minutes after Carter said she had finished the portable power pack she had been working on in secret.
