oannes. (fire & water) because they ended up thinking daniel was dead & the rest of SG-1 was traumatized.

P3W-451. (a matter of time) because of the black hole that got SG-10 & nearly destroyed earth.

the planet where they found ma'chello. (holiday) considering all of the trouble he body switching machine caused.

P4X-639. (window of opportunity) where the found malikai & the time device. it resulted in at least a 3 month time loop.

kelowna. (meridian) where daniel got the lethal dose of radiation.

There's a pattern - #1 they thought Daniel died, #3 Daniel nearly died, #5 Daniel really did (temporarily) die.

But poor SG-10 never got a second and third chance. :-(
