Five times Jack has ended up wearing a "skirt"

1. Saint Andrew High School. His eyes on the Air Force Academy and dreams of flying. He portrayed an ancient Roman Centurion in the annual school play about the Roman Empire. The uniform skirt was authentically reproduced from strips of real leather, divided and pleated for ease of movement in battle. He loved how it made him feel, like an actual warrior and he sported an erection whenever he wore it. He played the same character four years running.

2. United States Air Force Academy. Cadet hazing. The skirt was short, black and he kept his boots on. In the morning, the upperclassman that had taken a picture Jack, was pissed. His camera and spent roll of film had been stolen from his dorm room, while he was sleeping. The following morning, that same upperclassman discovered that his camera, with new film loaded, had been returned during the night. He was extremely pissed, because he and his roommate had spent the night in the same bed. Three photos had been taken. He ripped the film from the camera and burned it. Frank Simmons stayed pissed.

3. Special Forces. Iraq. Okay, it was really a robe. He’d been on an undercover assignment and got the job done. When he was captured, he was relieved that he'd been able to get back in uniform. He preferred to die in uniform. While in prison, there were times when he would have preferred to die, uniform or not.

4. Halloween. Wearing a Marge Simpson costume. Two words. Never. Again.

5. Kilt. It was an authentic USAF uniform of the Piper, in blue plaid. He bought it and wore it as a special favor for a long-time buddy, to give an Academy talk. Daniel, well, Daniel loves the kilt. He has Jack wear it at least every other month. Then Daniel kindly takes it to be dry-cleaned.
