Yeah, well I do confess to being a shipper, but I was trying to be kind to the other shippers. If they squint really hard they can see #3 as about to be continued by "--oved Daniel, and now I'm going where ever he went." or "--et Daniel have you, and I'm glad now I did. You to were so right together." or "--iked the couple you and Teal'c made. So strong. So non-verbal." Then they can see #4 as simply being upset at finding himself alone.

But being a Sam/Jack shipper, I don't really need to squint, do I? ;)

Nah, I defend to the death their right to feel that way, and their right to write it that way, but I'm less likely to read their stuff unless they excel as writers with a good eye for character (cf. aurora_novarum or fignewton whose writing I love!)
