I suspect Cam worked very hard to stay out of that. Teal'c would never consider that he couldn't handle the results. Sam's on even footing given that she's also a woman--she can deal. ;) Daniel has enough of a temper that he just wouldn't care. Cam? I think Cam understands women pretty well, and can anticipate just how much trouble would come his way.
