I love #2, that just grew and grew, lol. Nice bit of world-building.

Hehehe! Jack/Felger is something you'd expect to pop up in Felger's dream, not Jack's. It was the most outlandish pairing I could think of, so it earnt it's place as the final pairing in the dream.
