1. Dr. Parrish. As often as SG teams encounter alien sex pollen, Cam can’t imagine why each team doesn’t come with a botanist standard.
2. Bra’tac. No explanations necessary.
3. John Sheppard. Sure, it’d probably be a mistake to put a man with his own command on the team, since he’d technically be outranked by both Sam and himself, but he’s handy in fight and easy on the eyes.
4. Radek Zelenka. Atlantis stole his science geek best friend! For a whole year! It’s only fair he steal Sheppard’s in retaliation. Except there’s no way McKay would ever actually leave, so he’ll take Sheppard’s geek’s geek friend’s friend instead.
5. Jack O’Neill. Because then he could go back to his fanboy geek out over serving with the heroes of SG-1 instead of pretending like he felt totally qualified to lead three legends with eight years experience on him.
On the other hand, SG-1 is pretty perfect as it is, so Mitchell doesn’t actually make any recruitment attempts. Except that last one; he'd gladly hand the reins back over to the General at any time.
Five people Cam wants to recruit to SG-1.
