1. Bra’tac talked and talked about what a fine warrior Sam was, and Jacob’s eyes glowed with pride. (Well, actually that was Selmak, who was vicariously proud.)
2. Jacob talked about his long friendship with George, and Bra’tac hung on every word. Hammond of Texas intrigued him. It obviously took a mighty warrior to lead such exceptional people.
3. Jacob had picked up some cigars on his last visit to Earth. He introduced Bra’tac to the pleasures of tobacco, knowing that their symbiotes would keep them safe from harm.
4. Jacob worried that his daughter was too attached to her team leader, that she was throwing away any other chances for happiness. Even if Jack felt the same way, it would impact negatively on Sam’s career if it ever came to light. Bra’tac carefully explained to Jacob why that was never going to be a problem. Jacob’s jaw dropped; Selmak closed it before saying, “I thought there was something strange between those two.”
5. Jacob taught Bra’tac how to play poker. Bra’tac would’ve taken him for all he was worth, if Tok’ra were worth anything.
Five times Selmak/Jacob and Bra'tac hung out, and what they did during their time together.
