Oh, I can take the OT3 stuff okay. I just can't see Jack/Sam when Jack and Daniel are SO married. *g*

I think here I made Sam a little more human than the clueless dreamer in the other prompt. Who had to be stomped upon, firmly, lol.

I was just watching "Singularity", for redial_the_gate, and noticed once again how tomboyish Sam often seems. I don't know if it's good acting or a little bit of Amanda, but sometimes Sam (e.g. in a dress or talking to a child) just looks "awkward", like a guy might in the same circumstances. So, interesting that you found that *male* act in character for Sam. :-)

Yeah, I absolutely see Sam as tomboyish. And not in a way that is disparaging of her femininity, just as a part of who she is. She does seem awkward in a dress, or with kids, etc, but doesn't in a fight or with a rifle or being tortured. But she's still definitely a girl. My kinda gal. ;)

(And I am thinking of my own Sam construct, which I like better than TPTB's, heck, I like *almost* anybody's Sam better than TPTB's Sam. *sigh* I wish they would have brought in Joss Whedon to write just for Sam.)
